Electricity is set up through APS. Water/Sewer/Trash is billed through Conservice and added to the rent amount monthly.
Yes, we do offer resident referral incentives.
Residents are responsible for their guests and any person(s) staying longer than 1 week must be added to the lease agreement.
Any security deposits will transfer to the new community.
We require a lease break fee of 2 times the rent, pay back any concessions received in the lease term, in addition to our standard 60 day notice to vacate.
Maintenance
Each apartment is inspected by maintenance and repairs to any appliances, hardware, plumbing, and painting is done as needed. Then, housekeeping will clean the entire apartment and a professional carpet vendor will repair or replace the carpet.
Residents can call or email the office with service requests and additionally, they can submit service requests via our online portal.
All service requests are responded to within 24 hours in the order they are entered.
We do not provide after hour lock out services unless the lock or key malfunctions.
Residents will be charged for any damages resulting in the apartment.
